I'm in love with Patchouli essential oil. I use for diffusing at home, on my cleaning products, on my jojoba oil natural perfume and now I finally made a soap with it.
Patchouli can be described as musky, sweet, dark, with an earthy, woody smells. Its calming effect on the skin and the mind as well as its practical uses as an insect repellent. Patchouli helps calm irritation and stimulate skin regeneration, especially helpful for cracked, chapped or dry skin and to aid healing and soften scars. It is used for fungal conditions, minor wounds, blemishes, eczema.
St. John's wort has antibacterial properties and may also help fight inflammation, it may relieve symptoms associated with minor wounds and skin irritation.
